I had to request an emergency emptying of my septic tanks. The office responded very quickly and organised a visit the following day. The guy that visited (Jack) was extremely helpful and very diligent. He was a pleasure to speak with and did a very thorough job. Great comms too. Nice service!

I am not mistaken, this is indeed YOUR company, and a service you failed to provide, so your public comment and a tacky heart emoji is far from the service you gave, or didn't more to the point. You were appallingly rude. Missed a collection appointment then hung up when you were trying to shoehorn in a last minute collection which was not at all convenient. Terrible service. Avoid. Edit....No, I am not mistaken! This is an accurate review following your appalling service last week, yes, Always Cleansing it was indeed yourselves, and your subbed out contracts! Please train your call team better, no one should have to put up with such rude service. I couldn't believe what I was hearing from her.

Quick, clean and good value

We would like to commend Always Cleansing for their service today. A delightful young operator who was a trainee this time last year, arrived today and did an excellent job single handledly. He was polite, courteous and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, he helped me put the lid back on leaving everything neat and tidy. A credit to the firm. Well done.
